Also known as Complexo Esportivo Cultural Professor Octávio Mangabeira, Itaipava Arena Fonte Nova is located in the city of Salvador in the state of Bahia, Brazil. Built as a replacement for the older Estádio Fonte Nova, the stadium was opened in 2013 ahead of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in which it hosted six games including a quarter final between the Netherlands and Costa Rica. The venue is mainly used for football and is home to EC Bahia and EC Vitória.
