First and foremost a life saving club, HLSC provides a safe environment at Hampton beach for swimmers and beach-goers. The vibrant Nippers and Starfish Nipprs programs see about 400 children and youth learning vital lifesaving skills and taking part in fun physical activities all summer.

If you’re competitive, come train for carnivals where kids, teens and parents compete in a friendly and participative environment. Adults will find many opportunities to get involved, too—patrolling, member fitness, sport, social activities and assisting with Nippers.
