Old Eiði stadium

Now used as a camping ground, the old pitch is positioned on a cliff edge providing some spectacular mountain and ocean views. In its day, a bad kick could see the ball blaze into the North Atlantic Ocean and lost forever.

New Eiði stadium

The new Eiði Stadium is located in Eiði village in the north-west of the island of Eysturoy in the Faroe Islands. With a population of approximately 700 people, the capacity is roughly the same number. The venue is home to local club EB/Streymur and is situated in a slightly more convenient location that the old stadium in the town of Eiði with views no less spectacular than the previous location.
